This won't be a long post, mostly because I can't add anything to this spectacular scare film.
It explores the plight of an American car company – 40 years ago – trying to respond to the import threat from Germany and Japan.
It looks like it may have been shown to assembly line workers.
I advocate (and buy) local as much as possible. But with lines like, "We can not hope for the government to save us..." at about 5m52, you can't help but laugh.
Props to the smooth lounge jazz soundtrack, and datsunfreak from the Japanese Nostalgic Car forums for finding this gem.
