French automaker, Renault, is being pressured to scuttle the name of its coming Zoe electric car - by a French woman named Zoe Renault.

Autocar reports that the 23-year-old Parisian has even hired lawyers to demand that Renault drop the EV's name. Amazingly, this is not the first time a French woman named Zoe has launched a complaint against the Gallic auto giant.

Reportedly, this latest Zoe Renault told Le Parisien newspaper: "I could not bear to hear: 'Zoe's broken down' or 'We need to get Zoe overhauled'."

Autocar says Zoe's lawyer David Koubbi will take the case to court unless Renault changes the name.

The Zoe - which "life" in Greek - will launch in 2012. A Renault spokesman told the UK news outlet that the name was not a "definitive choice".
